Can I add this design to more than one product?
Short answer, yes! Currently, to add more products featuring the same design, you must perform these steps individually for each item. We are working to simplify this process in the future!
What kind of pet photo should I provide to achieve the best result?
For the best result, please provide a clear close-up front or full-body photo of your pet without any obstructions. If you’re uncertain, check out the images on our current products to see what works well. You can send up to three photos, and I’ll choose the one that suits this style best. Feel free to include a note in the customization window specifying your preferred photo order, such as “1. full front image, 2. laying down image,” to guide the selection.
A high quality image is recommended, as low-resolution pictures could make it difficult to capture your pet sufficiently.
Does my custom design pet have to be a dog?
Absolutely not! Although our current collection features only dogs, popular cat breeds will be added soon. In the meantime, send a photo of any beloved pet you have—whether it’s a bunny, lizard, fish, or any other furry (or scaly) friend—and we’ll bring it to life!
